I am still continuing my low carb/ paleo/ thyroid diet and i have lost an additional 2 lbs... I am taking a picture everyday of my face, so i can keep a record of the changes. I will post them to my challenge group and my fatsecret page. The thing with low carb is that you either are on it or you are not... you can slip up or you have to start all over again... it is bext to just continue. I do not plan to eat low carb for the rest of my life, but I will until i get rid of these extra 60 pounds. then i will eat paleo/ thyroid. The low carb is what actually eats away at the belly fat.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I have similar experience. Eating a low carb/paleo diet has been the only consistent way I could maintain healthy body fat levels and still enjoy life. Congrats on your loss of 2 lbs and good luck reaching your goal :-)
