This journey is def trial and error. This week, ERROR. Lesson learned, I need MORE cals the more I burn...I also figured out on the 16:8 that the 8 is my feeding window. I thought I could eat at 12 then not again until 6 but I can eat from 12-6. I am actually going for 12pm-8pm with nothing after 8pm. so, I get to eat more :-)I do realize I can eat whenever but I like the idea of resting(fasting) my body from 8pm to 12pm. I also like the once a week 24hr fasts, I have only done 2 so far. On my first I only had 60 cals to break it and this time I had 430. I am not sure if putting 1200 cals in my body after the fast is what I need to be doing? Oh and I found the barcode scanner for inputting foods. Love that. I didn't lose any inches this week. Also, I know calipers are best for body fat % but I was doing one where it went by my neck, age, height, waist at navel and hips. Got a 25%. Then I did one with my neck, biceps, forearm, neck, hips, thighs, and waist at navel, waist at narrowest, wrist, age and weight. This gives me a 20%. I'm going to make an effort to have someone measure me with the calipers. I have been feeling really goood though, not starving, tired, moody. I'm not trying to be skinny, I'm trying to be healthy and this 5lb weight loss in a week is going backwards. Again, lesson learned. Happy day to all!
