Good morning everyone, I wanted to let you know that extra weight came off in one day, it was just water weight. I am back to where i started and the low carb/paleo/thyroid diet is the way for me to lose weight. I stayed away from all things that cause my body to gain weight many of which are certain vegetables. Everyone is different and so just because something works for one, doesn't mean it will work for you. Look at what you problems are and eat according to that. if you have any questions or want to see if we can figure out what you need let me know.
