had a stellar come back week and it shows.. living la vida low carb feels good.. and the gym bunny is back!.. small glitch today tho in my schedule.. our 2nd car is outta service (might be transmission).. once we get one fixed,the other goes down.. so in an effort to share the car with DH and not leave him stranded, im moving my work outs back to after work instead of before.. I love love love to wake up at 5 and be done with the gym by 8, but it just wouldnt be fair to the rest of the family (18 yr old and DH). Its only for a few weeks till we get car 2 back up.. but were on a budget and my bff wedding ( im her maid of honor) is in 2 weeks and then my son's (the 22 yr old) wedding the next month and those are my priorities right now.. Im not gonna stress it or let it get me down.. being on a budget just means it will have to wait and at least we have the other car.. The glass is half full buddies.. HCB, i tried really hard to be 25 net per day, got my 10k a day in steps in addition to work out, had 100 oz of water a day, tried not to eat after 8pm, added in more leafy greens, worked out on a empty stomach, didnt have happy hour.. Im sure its water weight and it will be back soon LOL..

i also changed my lifitng schedule.. to 20-30 min of HIIT 3-4 times per week, then I changed my break down, so instead of m-f work out.. i do M,T, WED is a active rest day then lift again TH and FRI.. Sat active rest and Sunday, rest rest..
