Doing good so far, trying to cut carbs to less than 45g/day. Really difficult to do. I find that I'm craving carbs more than usual. Just have to keep my goal in mind. I have lost 15lbs in 18 days, yea!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
