Yes! I did it! Thank God for that fast and workout last night! I thought after the weekend I was going up!I am going to Ambergris Caye, Belize in less than two weeks! Hello snorkeling, beach runnning, walks in town, and fresh food!! Not to mention the SUN!!
131.2 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
