Best of another wonderful day to all FatSecret devotees. Amazing moisture so vacant from our past skies falling today here in Los Angeles. Off again today to assist a friend, who had surgery. Really pressing 10 year lows in my weight, and my knee needs it. My medial collateral ligament seems to wear out by the end of the day. I still have hopes, but need an MRI. Everyone enjoy this day to the fullest!

Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: Here is a recipe for Arugula Salad; 2 oz. or more of arugula walnuts. Dressing: a quarter cup of olive oil, lemon juice from a half of lemon, 1/4 teaspoon of powdered mustard. Mix dressing first then mix up everything in a closed container.
267.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
