"baby your a firework! come on let your colors burst! " is how I feel today. I dont care about the gain or the fact that I feel thick in the middle today. I was able to work out, ( light duty) without any pain. It felt good to break a sweat and wonderful to wake up before the sun and kick some butt today. I dont care that work sucks .. nothing can take this away from me today! Now to get my diet back on track.
Goals for the week :
1. LOG EVERYTHING 25-30 net carbs per day
2. DONT CHEAT plan ahead
3. DONT EAT LATE try and not eat after 7-8 pm
4. WATER WATER WATER 80-100 oz per day
5. TAKE IT EASY, but make it count..
