dropped down my hcg level to 150 instead of 175/180

194.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb. Still to go: 64.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Sweetlove, are you on the 2,000 I.U. or the 5,000 at that dosage. Everythign I have ready for my 2,000 HUCOG states a 175, however, that sounds high to me.. about 60CC,, i was thinking of dropping to 50
