1402 kcal Fat: 33.56g | Prot: 63.99g | Carb: 142.27g.   Breakfast: fiber plus yogurt berry crunch, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: flatout flatbread italian light, sliced turkey healthy ones, mozzarella shredded part skim, fire roasted red bell peppers. Dinner: saltines, harvestland chicken thigh, coffee, sweet leaf green tea, Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, Condensed, Canned). Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
