My concern for yesterdays infraction did not hurt my weight...however it weighed heavy on my mind. I need to focus and remember why I am on this journey. Have a great day folks.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
