stayed the same this week....no biggie...clothes still seem to be getting bigger so might still be water weight from this past weekend of drinking and eating like shit....we'll see
218.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
