1468 kcal Fat: 34.59g | Prot: 63.21g | Carb: 159.67g.   Breakfast: blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee, GOLEAN Cereal. Lunch: string cheese part skimmed snacks sargento, Fiber Therapy, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, great value mixed fruit cup. Dinner: saltines, harvestland chicken thigh, coffee, sweet leaf green tea, Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, Condensed, Canned). Snacks/Other: merlot wine, almonds, Soft Pretzels. more...
