Another beautiful Cali day. I'm off to Wiltern Theatre, Hollyweird tonight for some loud rock music. Earplugs a must. Enjoying Kellogg's Granola from the 99 Cent Store. I have definitely plateaued here at 270, and it is no surprise, as this is a 5 year low. At 6'7" tall, I don't really see fat, but two different doctors say I am obese. WHAT???? So to take stress off my left, bad knee, here I am. I'm enjoying, appreciating my food more, now that I am dieting. I wonder if I will break this weight level. Worked out yesterday, and am very pleased with the progress of my knee. Doctor says ever five pounds take of 5 times the stress off of my knee. That is motivation to an ex athlete. My knees are my lifeblood in my mind. You all have a great day, and appreciate your wonderful food.
