Signed up for Leslie Sansone's Walk Club. I'm thinking I wasted my money though. I need to settle on belonging to only 1 or 2 sites and keep it to that. I also think I will make up my own "journal" one that will record everything I want it to - from what I eat, to both steps or timed walking. It seems it's always one or the other. But it's not always convenient to wear a pedometer and I question its accuracy at other times... Maybe I should just give up all together. Maybe this journaling is just taking up too much time. Maybe I'm better off just watching what I eat and drink, moving more and just see what happens instead of watching the pot, waiting for it to boil. Even now, I'm on here, after trying to manuver around the Walk Club site and I've lost an hour of my day that I could have been "moving". I've been trying to record things on here for quite awhile and the only thing I can say is I'm staying rather steady with the weight. No real gain, no real loss either, just a constant reminder of own lack of willpower. It's time to try something different.
