TXSnowman's Journal, 27 January 2016

Good 3 lb drop during the last 5 days, so I'm very pleased. That leaves me with less than 10 lbs to reach my goal. Based on these results, I'll keep on with my current plan. I'll probably start modifying my eating by raising my caloric intake once I get within 5 lb of goal just so that I can prepare for maintenance. My life-long problem has always been staying at a given weight. I always seem to be either gaining or losing. But, I'll be working on it.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 125.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I heard that maintaining was harder than losing it. You can do it.
