I got really discouraged after I "tried so hard" to lose weight and nothing changed in the way I thought and hoped it would. Yesterday, I weighted myself and found out I was 10lbs heavier and that explained myself why I wasn't fitting in the jeans I bought during 2014's christmas.

I got discouraged mainly because I didn't feel healthier or anything like that, but analyzing how I look and feel now I was much, much better back then.

I'm starting over again, now that I've been vegetarian for over a year and now that I want to fit in the jeans and shirts I used to fit.

I'm scared and I think that's normal. I'm scared that as I lose weight, my body doesn't look the way I hope it gets to look, but I'm going to try again harder. I've been missing so many things in my life and don't want life to pass me by anymore.

So yes, I'm starting over again, but this time I'll be more patient and consistent and will care more about what eat.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
