I kind of overate for a while... and who knew alcohol was so much calories, but maybe it's because I smoke so much now, but I try to keep it at the 1500 cal level. My coworker suggested I stopped eating gluten and my skin feels so much better since! And it's highly stopped me from eating junk at work or junk elsewhere! My weight is still at 185 but our scale is kind of damaged. But anyway, since I was at 190 pounds last year, I think it's already a good improvement even though my weight has fluctuated a lot in the past year. Fighting!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
