scale went up and down this week but back to 139.5 again. I think it is water weight though so as long as I keep my diet today I'm sure that I have lost weight. Aside of that I have been sleeping almost nothing this week. I don't know if it is becuase I've been eating so little and my body is adjusting or something. Or maybe just somply because I've been worried, or maybe just im getting sick. Headache every day.

Yeah, it's entirely normal for it to jump around; typically waste or water, but I think female "issues" can affect it too. (no idea if you're male or female) One way to flush water from the system is apparently to actually drink water, oddly.

By the way, if you're getting headaches every day, maybe there's something wrong with your eating, drinking, or workout habits. Are you getting in enough water? It's apparently so important, especially if you're on a high protein or fiber diet, or if you're barely eating.

thanks Somebody Else, I drink at least 3 litre waters evry day. It is possible I am under eating since I want to lose weight so much :)
