The best way to lose weight is by making healthy choices and exercising...

Exercising - On my second week back in the gym. Missed one workout last week, have one more workout for this week and I am hoping I dont miss it tomorrow. Since my gym clothes are hanging to dry let's pray they are dry by 9am! :)

Eating - I have been making better choices this week compared to the last few months but still not perfect.. Not weighing all my food and being strict with myself along with not tracking my calorie defecit is slowing down progress. Seems like at least once a week my coworkers give me a single size peanut butter cup, kit kat, or piece of fudge. Could it be October? I think so ..candy everywhere. I limit myself to one piece and not everyday. Althought I had fudge yesterday and today....pumpkin spice white chocolate mochas are going to be the death of my progress this fall. I've stayed away from even pumpkin cheesecake and other goodies but not these .... I'm going to Pumpkin Fest in 2 days and am going to eat all he pumpkin goodies I want! I challenge myself to not have a pumpkin coffee all next week. They will be my Sunday treat. . . Lets see how long it takes for me to change my mind on that. . .


OK I changed my mind...


175.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
