yahoo - think l have found my way at long last. I am a binger, so l decided that my binge nights were going to be friday and saturday nights. So l bought a big bar of chocolate and a a 6 pack of crisps for friday and the same again for saturday.
During the week l tried to be careul with my food and had a bit of fruit or carrots as a snack. Also started having chewing gum going through a packet a day. Not keen on it but as l have to sit next to a bowl of mints every day at work - its better to have the chewing gum than the mints.
Wlaking the dogs on a regular basis now rather than stick them in the car and drive to a large field. This week l intend to pace along my desk like a lioness as am attached to set of headphones (l am a receptionist/telephonist) so will try and keep moving. So all in all a good week. Hope l can keep it up :o)
227.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you !! I also am a binger....I have allowed myself the afternoon snack, but now instead of a cake or Klondike bar I make it an apple or fresh pineapple. I save my one big eat out meal for Sunday....I fill up so fast that I don't eat as much as I thought I would. Good Luck !!!
