I'm so confused and so dissapointed. I followed my WOE, I didn't cheat, I've been eating beans, I've been drinking water. I even walked this week, and have been doing a squat challenge.
I don't get it! :(
267.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 107.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do not fret. Sometimes I plateau as well but keep eating healthy unprocessed foods and keeping track of your carb. calories. We will get there!
