Well it has been a while and yes I have gained weight since my last post. I am 29 weeks pregnant so technically I am supposed to gain weight right! Anyway so I am going to log my food intake into the system everyday so I can keep a healthy weight for our little baby boy growing. :-)
177.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 January 2016:
1576 kcal Fat: 77.88g | Prot: 102.39g | Carb: 114.70g.   Breakfast: Oranges, Bacon, Egg. Lunch: Campbell's Cheesy Potato with Bacon Flavor, Nesquik 25% Less Sugar Chocolate Powder, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk. Dinner: Colby Jack Cheese, Broccoli, Mahatma Jasmine Rice, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled). Snacks/Other: Presweetened Tea with Low Calorie Sweetener Decaffeinated, Jif Whipped Peanut Butter, Sunbeam Giant White Bread, Bananas. more...

I did notice that! Now I am trying to not gain so much excess weight. Wish me luck. Being in the third trimester I want to eat everything!! Thank you for the best wishes.
