yoga and belly dance sprained knee still staying the same but the goal is to lose

i know what a mim is now learning about bullet proof coffee can anyone say more about this coffee

I think the basic recipe for bulletproof coffee is one or two cups of hot coffee, a tablespoon of butter, a tablespoon of coconut oil, and a tablespoon of heavy cream. Combine with a blender for best results to emulsify the ingredients - a hand held immersion blender does a great job. You can google it for more info. It's pretty good stuff. :)

I use 1 tbs coconut oil, no butter to save on calories. I also use sugar free torani syrups for flavoring. I have 1-2 a day and I LOVE!

One other thing Owlfeathers, it's usually part of a low carb high fat diet. The bulletproof coffee satiates hunger. I'll have it on days I'm doing low carb or if I'm fasting.
