still drinking water 8 glasses,getting very little exsercise or due to much of holiday goodys. sugars are mostly 200 upon getting up in morning. going on 3 weeks this wed. since ive seen amy. a lot of sinus problems smoking to much weather has been raining for three days now hurting physically a lot. need to definitely get on a routine w/eatinghealthier and join a gym for excersise. just do it
