It's not as bad as I feared. Christmas, though, eh? I'll have to meet my first milestone again, 3 pounds away. I'm ready to face the day and get back on this horse!
273.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's a girl positive mental attitude we didn't put the weight on in a week and we can't take it off in the week one day at a time and if you need to do it from meal to meal so be it get healthy that's the real goal learning how to eat for the future
