not logging a loss but Im not logging a gain either so Im ok with that. I knew it was gonna be hard to kick start the losing again after all the damage I did and I wasn't really 100 % induction but tried to stay as close to 20 net per day but ended up averaging 25-30 per day, but again,I'm ok with this. I worked my butt off at the gym and didnt have any real cheats..And I remember when I 1st started it took a few weeks to start to lose again. Whats gonna suck is Im making my annual cookies this weekend. Ive already got plans to scale it down from 7 types to 4 and Im trying some low carb cookies as well but it will be hard none the less.Best foot forward right...and I wont be disappointed if I dont start to lose again until after the holdays..

Maybe eat a regular meal before beginning the baking will help minimize the forecasted diet damage? What's your plan?

Red, I'm so interested in your low carb cookies and how they turn out. I've tried one in the last year and they were hard and dry, lol. They had great reviews so maybe it was me. PLEASE make them first and let us know how they are! I was going to bake some this week but will hold off til next.

I baked all day yesterday. I ate a big breakfast right before I started baking and it made all the difference. Not even a spoon lick.
