I know my wt is up (yuk) still less than the 2# mark throughout the holiday season me and my wirkout buddy have committed to I'm about to go on vacation for 4 days pack me some nutritious food let me not eat everything in sight
206.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
