170.6 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OMG I was looking back at my past weigh-ins and I've been at this weight back and forth since Oct. Somehow I will lose a couple more pounds before Christmas and make some real progress towards my goal.
