I had went back up for the third week. My brain is thinking I am starving my body and the hunger pains and desires are tough to fight. Switched over to Braggs apple cider vinegar. It is what they call from the Mother. Got my bike ready to go. New tires and reflectors. Now to enjoy Thanksgiving without guilt! Keep the Faith and Keep Praying for our country and loved ones.
319.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 79.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.2 lb a week

You have to train your body to be happy with the calories you consume just like your train for any other activity. :)

The hunger can be tough. Try to focus on foods with low caloric density like vegetables. You can eat a lot and still stay under you calorie goal. Good luck.

If you want to kick hunger to the curb you need to eat an oil or fat.
