started my off week 9/19 - 9/25 ...knees, right shoulder, and right ankle feel a little jacked...probably due to trying to (and succeeding) in breaking lifting PRs on low cal low carb diet....no more max effort for at least 7 weeks...going to work with westside barbell percentages for power movements and continue to base most workouts on 1 power movement followed by high volume work...4 day split for now..seems to be working pretty good other than sore joints which are a by product of ego :)
