Wanted to record my weight today as I believe it's been such a long time since I saw 126. No fasting, actually eating food like a "real" person for the most part. I don't know what's different - maybe fewer snacks, although I've been eating every few hours. So technically, many are snacks. For instance, I'll eat a piece of string cheese, a hand full of dry roasted almonds, some grape tomatoes and a few strawberries on a plate for a "meal" or snack.

Been working out fairly consistently again - waist back to 26 1/2. Would like to see it an inch smaller, but that's probably not gonna happen. I'm seeing more definition in my abs, though. I really think this Piloxing workout is doing it. Although there is an abs segment on the dvd, you also end up using your core nearly the entire workout, anyway. It's pretty cool to do something like upper cuts and feel it coming from your core.

My husband is doing fairly well, but still having the night sweats and bouts of coughing. I'm assuming that will stay with him for a long time. I'd read the pneumonia could cause that anyway, but add on Valley Fever and who knows how long it will persist. He's definitely tired of feeling exhausted most of the time, but I see his stamina slowly returning. It's easier for me to see it than for him to feel it, I guess. It's progress, and considering how it could have been, I'll take it. I do wonder if we'll be able to hike for a while, though. I can't imagine he'd make it to the park and back, let alone a 5 - 10 mile desert hike.

Your looking good to me girl...eating more often seems to do the trick for alot of people...26 1/2 inch waist..OMGosh..thats the size of my thigh..LOL..but I am working on that...I 'm going to get that Jillian Michaels dvd for the abs this week so I can start to improve my over hang that just discussed me to death..never had that problem until I had breast reduction... I guess the added fat had to go somewhere..but I wish it accumulated in the rear where its needed...LOL...So glad to hear your husband is doing much better....Enjoy your snacks girl friend...

Lol! Thanks Bren. Just for the record, that WAS the size of my thigh... maybe 27"! Always my worst area. Jillian is a hard ass, more ways than one! Love her, though. Good luck with it. I got her butt & thighs one and it's a little tough. Okay... it's tough and I'm only on level 1! I really think the piloxing one is what is really giving me some definition in my abs. That and more important - avoiding a lot of "white" foods. I hate this middle age spread, it's a constant fight now, isn't it? :( So you lost some boobs and gain some waist... hmmm... not a great trade off. But hey, at least your back and shoulders don't hurt, right? I'm with you - wish I'd get the fat in my butt! I never had a flat butt until about a year or two ago. Hate it... and what "fat" is there? Uh... SO not pretty. Doesn't stick to my bones the way it did when I was younger! There must be a solution to this, wouldn't you think?? Oh well, being alive and watching your body change day by day STILL beats the alternative. :D Gonna go have a snack and do some exercise (shopping). Take care!

LOL, RWL, I just got back from shopping and it did my downy mood good to get out of the house... Oh and I about fainted as I need petrol and it was $3.05 a gallon...I can't remember the last time I got it for that price...filled her up to the brim too...LOL.. the only thing I can think of to help the rear is to lipo the fat else where and put it in the back seat..course that may look kinda lumpy if you did it..LOL..Take care of you...☺☺☺
