I guess being heartbroken works for me when it comes to the scale. I refuse to allow that pain to turn into a feeding frenzy because then I would get on the scale and only feel worse. I know what I want and won't settle for being a second choice to anyone or an after thought. I will wait as long as it takes for the right guy to find me and know that I am his bombdiggity from the get go !!

173.1 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb. Still to go: 23.1 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
