Nervously excited about getting on the scale. So happy with results. Don't want to focus on the scale but I am doing so well excersing and eating healthy. Yea me!
334.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 109.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
