Dreaded what I already knew! I gained weight ... was just eating to good this week. Not going to admit what I ate! LOL ... Keep the Faith and Keep Praying ... Have a lucky Friday the 13th.

319.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb. Still to go: 79.8 lb. Diet followed 100%.
