1330 kcal Fat: 41.84g | Prot: 63.77g | Carb: 186.66g.   Breakfast: great harvest honey wheat bread, peach, coffee, splenda, Fat Free Half and Half, fried egg. Lunch: kashi go lean crunch, chobani lemon yogurt. Dinner: apple, lettuce, applegate muenster cheese, deli select oven roasted turkey, harris teeter wheat bread. Snacks/Other: brie, brownie bite, wonton, grapes, martha white bran muffin, baby carrots, nutri-grain bar. more...
