A bit bummed, but I am due for Aunt Flo in a day or two, so I am not all together surprised. I'm still going to be optimistic. Hopefully have better losses next week!
ETA: I just wanted to clarify, I'm happy with any loss, as long as I am going in the right direction. I'm bummed because I was hoping for a bigger loss. But I'll take this almost 3 pounds!
290.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 130.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
