Well had a couple of weeks off work with a stay at home holiday and ate ate ate ! Also being a celiac - l broke that big time too. So from Monday l have been a good celiac and trying to be good with my food - just eating whats dished up to me with a a couple of apples in the evening. Am going to try and have one celiac kit kat eacch day to keep my sugar fix from spiraling into a binge. Mind you all l wnt to do is eat :o(
