Well I felt my body fighting the weight loss. It does not like it and so my hunger pains were heavy. Weight gain was not so bad. Less than five pounds! Still drinking the lemon, honey and apple cider drink every morning. At least my liver will be cleaner! ... Keep the Faith and Go Forward Praying.
317.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 77.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

can you elaborate on this honey lemon drink you mentioned? I have been trying to find a way to add apple cider vinegar to my diet but it tastes rather bad in most things I have tried so far. thanks!!

shindokwan ... for real details try Pinterest and search for detox drinks. Basically the lemon juice and apple cider are for liver cleansing. I also add Turmeric for inflammation and the honey for biotics. I am on Pinterest and have a board called Smoothies and Detox drinks. Hope this helps.

dayberndt - I can loose weight at 700 to 800 calories a day. I can maintain my weight at 1200 - 1400 calories a day. Above 1500, I gain weight. I have a friend that went through breast cancer, surgery, radiation, chemo and reconstruction. I know how difficult it is. She has been cancer free for 6 years. Congrats to you. You have made it past the critical time.

Thanks for the advice on the cider cleansing drink. I have a fatty liver and I'm a diabetic on insulin and having a hard time losing the weight.
