151.7 lb Lost so far: 8.3 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1725 kcal Fat: 51.84g | Prot: 73.46g | Carb: 250.97g.   Breakfast: Chicken Wing Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Flour, Fried, Cooked), Sun-Rype Fruit to Go, Coffee-Mate Caramel Vanilla. Lunch: Tootsie Roll Fruit Rolls, Tim Hortons 1/2 Hot Chocolate 1/2 Coffee (Medium), Pita Pit Chicken Souvlaki (Regular), Pita Pit Whole Wheat Pita. Dinner: Compliments Texas Garlic Toast, Chicken or Turkey Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables in Gravy (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy). Snacks/Other: Fiber One Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Nature Valley Oats & Honey Granola Bar. more...
