Haven`t gained any weight in the past 2 weeks I've actually lost some :( it's time to up my calories a little bit

PROTEIN 160 G
FAT 75G
154.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
