Well I'll be spending the weekend recertifying my Paramedic license and being around junk food. I'm taking along plenty of protein shakes and bars. Staying away from the bad stuff should be easy.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
