I did go 2 Yo sushi last night and had 2 dishes 1 of which was a chicken Katsu curry. And also had bread yesterday as well. Annoying.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
