bit of a strangely high peak suddenly. thinking it is mainly my salt level yesterday being far far too high. plus there just maybe a bit too much food.

so Sundays are for feasting, Mondays are for cutting back dramatically. lowering my salt plus general food intake. planning two no meat days as well. also thinking to increase my net carbs to 15 this week but purely on veggies.
117.7 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
