Day 9 of second 6 weeks, 143.6, 37.7%bf, keto mod, visc f 8/0, musc mass 85.2/2, bone mass 4.6lb, 2037/50, eliptical 45 min level 5.

Breakfast omlette, lunch salad w tuna, veggies and blue cheese dressing, diet coke, dinner ham slices and atkins choc chip granola bar, coffee w half and half.

Body fat decreasing--yea!!!
143.6 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.6 lb a week
