I have not been here for a while, I am more on my facebook group less than 20 carbs for 90 days. I have been watching and listening to the results and there is many amazing pictures! I have decided to try this for 90 days starting today.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
