yay!!!

I didn't expect this... I had a bit too many calories last night and less fasted. but eating has been clean so pretty good.

glad to see this dip :-)
117.1 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
