Jillybeans 7's Journal, 18 September 2015

Well unfortunately due to my incredibly outrageous burst of excitement in the kitchen late last night making all sorts of wicked sweet treats for my son to take to school today to celebrate his appointment as the new Principle with his staff and kiddies; I licked and slurped up all the left overs in the bowls, short changed him a few cup cakes, ate the last of the Peppermint crisp bar and then fell into a slothful sleep in my recliner, waking up at approx 4.45 this morning with chocolate smudges on my chin and a lump of chocolate melted on my more than ample boobs so I am forcing myself to admit that I've blown my diet out of the water right on the six week mark and gained .8kg overnight by shovelling sugar into my face like a dying man digging for water in the desert. . BUT I then fronted up for that last monster tooth extraction this arv & I have a feeling that the monster cavity in my mouth now may prevent any serious eating in the next 48 hours so hopefully the pain of it all will help me to get back on the wagon sooner than I normally would after getting a serious taste of chocolate again 😆😂😆😂 ...surprisingly I am not as upset as I expected I would be if this happened ~ so not persecuting myself for it is a big step in the right direction ~ well that's my story and I am sticking to it. I hope everyone has a happy, safe and healthy weekend .... my niece from 12 hours down South is coming to stay for a week from Sunday with her two little girls ~ she and my son who are similar ages ... 44 & 42 laugh & play like kids when they get together and there will be the 4 little 2nd cousins and my 92 year old Mother .... a four generation reunion will be great .... hope the weather comes good .... It's raining right now ~ not supposed to be doing that this far North .... Ciao for now all 🌹
