Getting frustrated. I've been concentrating on running because it's a challenge and I'm enjoying seeing the progress. Unfortunately as often as not I end up cutting my run short due to a nagging calf issue rather than because of my fitness. The worst part is when other runners who don't look any more fit than I am go cruising by. I'm going to look around and see if I can find someone that can help with the mechanics of my stride.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ok, I have a plan of attack. Got fitted for some new shoes tonight. They should have a lot better support for my nearly flat arch. They also apparently aren't a full size too small like my old shoes. Second item is to stop running on steep hills. I'll walk them for now until my calf issue goes away. Lastly, I'll back up a couple of weeks on the C25K progem and build my legs up a bit before moving up to the longer runs.
