Day 8 of 2nd 6 wks, keto mod, 144.4, bf 38%, tbw 42.9, visc f 8/0, musc mass 85/2, bone mass 4.6, 2034/50, elipticle 45min level 5, 1 hr weights upper and lower body.

Breakfast omlette, coffee w half and half, lunch large salad w chicken, veggies, blue cheese dressing, diet coke, dinner ham, cheese, dill pickles, low carb vanilla ice cream chocolate covered bar (yum).

Size 8 suit is getting too big. Interesting that my waist is out of proportion--consistent with a size 12-14.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 5.6 lb a week
